Suitable from the second trimester onwards, and always adapted to where you are in your journey.

Recalibration - 5 weeks Gong Bath programme

A private 5-week gong bath immersion in Copenhagen.

RECALIBRATION consists of 10 gong baths over 5 weeks, held in an intimate group of maximum 5 participants.

Created to support restoration, balance, and nervous system regulation through consistent sound immersion, this journey explores what becomes possible when listening becomes practice and resonance unfolds over time.

The programme begins August 10th and runs every Monday and Friday from 10:00–11:15, concluding on September 10th.

Each session includes presence, listening, and individual consultation as part of the experience.

Sessions take place in a private apartment setting in København V
After booking, you will receive a separate email with the full address, payment information, practical details, and guidance to prepare for the beginning of the RECALIBRATION journey.
